Job Description
Sales Specialist and Account Manager in greater Los Angeles for a Licensed Cannabis Distribution Company. Success In this position looks like managing 70-100 accounts in your area, opening new accounts and growing current sales orders. This role fits into the organization overall by making sure relationships stay healthy with our customers and revenue is coming.
Responsibilities
You will cold call customers in Los Angeles from Pre-created lists as well as generate your own list of new leads. You will convert these leads into customers by moving them through a sales pipeline that will be taught to you. Most of this position is cold calling, door-to-door sales and networking ass well as building/ maintaining relationships to drive sales. The long term goal for you should be to gross 100-200k a month on your own.
Qualifications
Skills needed for this job are at least 2 years of cold-calling, 2 years negotiating,, 2 years door-to-door, existing book of business of at least 20 retailers you have open dialogue with, you come from doing outside sales in cannabis industry already. You will need a cell phone, a laptop and to be proficient using Google apps & creating spreadsheets for account data organization.
Pay Structure
$3,000 Monthly Salary or 10% Commission whichever is higher
