Our client is an innovative financial institution that leverages cutting-edge technologies to optimize operational efficiency and drive success for a wide array of financial enterprises. They are currently seeking a highly qualified Regional Sales Director– New Logo.
The Regional Sales Director– New Logo is pivotal in driving sales revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new client opportunities for our solutions and services within their designated territory.

Focus:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans targeting financial institutions to secure new logo acquisitions.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, leveraging company resources and tools to achieve sales quotas.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers and strategic influencers within prospective client organizations.
- Accurately track and report all territory activities, sales pipeline, and opportunities using Salesforce.
- Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and secure new business.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software, systems, or managed services sales, with a proven track record in new business development.
- Demonstrated success in consistently generating over $1M in new logo business annually.
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets.
- Extensive experience selling to financial institutions, with strong C-level relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospects and close deals.
