Project Requirements:

  • Development of a multi-channel marketing strategy, including digital, print, and in-person outreach.
  • Creation of targeted marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media content, and website updates.
  • Coordination with relevant stakeholders including university administration, veteran affairs offices, and student organizations.
  • Implementation of advertising campaigns on platforms frequented by student veterans, such as military-focused websites, social media groups, and veteran-specific publications.
  • Organization of informational sessions, workshops, and events geared towards student veterans.
  • Utilization of testimonials and success stories from current student veterans to showcase the benefits of higher education.
  • Monitoring and analysis of campaign effectiveness through metrics such as website traffic, event attendance, and enrollment figures.


The above project requirements should be in efforts to advance the following goals:

  • Increase awareness among student veterans about available educational opportunities.
  • Foster a supportive community for student veterans within higher education institutions.
  • Promote resources and services tailored to the needs of student veterans.

Agency Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide historical documents of veterans initiatives and outreach;

Deliverables:

  • Drafts and final versions of marketing materials including digital graphics, printed materials, and website content.
