Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the International Trade Compliance (ITC) and Customs & Transportation Organization (C&TO) relationship to align ITC processes to export operations process. Collaborate and align for annual priority setting based on Enterprise risk.
  • Lead export operations enterprise standards compliance through process development, assigning responsibility to functions/roles, training, and monitoring.
  • Monitor SCRA and the C&TO Risk Model KPI's and direct actions to reduce export risk. Consult others on corrective action plans to assuring impact to KPI's. Collaborate with C&TO vertical leaders and ITC for annual risk reduction planning and translate strategy into action plan requirements.
  • Own ITC compliance investigation (that require C&TO) to include assigning resources, leading problem solving, developing and executing corrective actions, managing new/revised policies & procedures requirements, and implement compliance monitoring plans.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of C&TO export governance. Monitor effectiveness through KPI's, address gaps with C&TO vertical leaders as required.
  • Define and manage the ITC and C&TO relationship to include developing and maintaining a RASCI defining ITC and C&TO for global export clarity.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of customs experience) + minimum of 5 years of customs experience
