Assist in processing payroll by collecting and verifying timekeeping information. Support the administration of employee benefits Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.Compliance and Reporting:
Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare and submit reports as required by management or government agencies. Support audits and ensure that HR files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements.Employee Relations:
Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns. Support the HR Specialist in resolving employee issues and conflicts. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities.Training and Development:
Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops. Help in preparing training materials and tracking employee participation. Support the development of training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.HR Projects:
Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives. Conduct research and gather data for HR-related projects. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.Requirments:
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Min 2 years of experience in HR, data analysis, or administrative roles is preferred.Skills:.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., google docs). Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
