Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant in the hospitality industry based in Miami Beach, Florida. The HR Assistant will be instrumental in handling HR-related tasks tailored to the hotel industry.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in managing HR tasks specific to the hotel industry
• Utilize advanced computer skills for tasks such as record keeping and communication
• Engage in efficient multi-tasking to ensure smooth HR operations
• Leverage interpersonal skills to handle inquiries and facilitate communication
• Employ organizational skills to maintain systematic records and processes
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for various HR tasks
• Adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing HR-related paperwork
• Monitor and manage HR aspects of customer accounts
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.• Must have a degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls.
• Must have the legal right to work in the location of the job.
