Our dealership is currently searching for a seasoned individual to join our team as Commercial Sales Associate. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with fleet sales and/or retail automotive sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a database of active leads and build relationships with those leads
- Follow dealership sales processes and comply with all ethical standards to meet Commercial Sales goals
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards
- Engages in business development Properly completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
- Address customer concerns Ensure quality deliveries of all fleet sales
- Engage customer after a sale for followup
- Other job duties as assigned by your manager
Requirements
- Fleet sales and/or retail automotive experience; management experience preferred but not required
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Motivated individual with a passion and drive for unlimited earning potential
- Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record deemed insurable to drive by our insurance company
- Must be willing to submit to a preemployment background check and drug screening
