LOGISTICS ORDER PROCESSING SPECIALIST - ONSITE 3PL Support

Will be responsible for managing the execution of Service sales and Spare parts orders through the Supply chain Warehousing and Logistics operations in our 3PL partner. This candidate will be a liaison for daily interaction with internal and external customers. Additional responsibilities include consistently maintaining daily SLAs, service sales order reports, process staged orders. In addition, Interact with warehouses, freight carriers and any necessary contacts to identify and resolve issues that would impact our customer's shipments and delivery expectations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES -

Strong Customer focus. Provide our customers with the highest levels of customer service in a demanding and challenging environment.

Manage service Break Fix and Sales orders to ship same day of order being booked when stock is available in local warehouses.

On site presence at the 3PL warehouse is required to provide real time issue resolution and 3PL partner support as needed. Daily collaboration with 3PL warehouse operations/logistics team to ensure order execution and on time delivery is achieved. Monitor 3PL performance and prioritize logistics needs.

Import /Export Logistics knowledge required. Ability to create commercial invoices, understand import/export documentation and communicate with international logistics specialists as needed for issue resolution.

Oversight of 3PL compliance to SE quality standards, processes, and procedures to ensure daily execution and service level agreements are met.

Ability to effectively communicate professionally with all levels of the organization. Facilitate daily meetings with various individuals/groups. Lead quality improvement cross functional teams and 8D problem resolution.

Manage New Logistics offers and collaborate with Front office/Business Development teams to develop and deploy these new offers in our 3PL.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong background in Warehouse operations, Logistics, Quality, and Inventory control processes.

Priority setting - functions well in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Ability to focus on what is important, quickly adapt to change management activities and ability to multitask effectively.

Decision making / Problem solving - can make decisions in a timely manner based on analysis and solid judgment to achieve Customer's needs. Utilizes logic to solve issues and look beyond the scope to provide the upmost customer satisfaction. Understand how to get things done within our network.

Digital capabilities/knowledge include - MSFT 365, Oracle, bFS, SAP, Tableau, E2E CT, Google Sheets

Strong ambition to delight Customers and succeed. Innovation and continuous improvement mindset. Ability to work independently as well as in a Team environment.

EXPERIENCE:

Must possess thorough understanding of customer service, supply chain, logistics and transportation method service requirements to ensure optimal day-to-day management of orders. Ability to work in a dynamic, face paced global environment. Detailed and multi-task oriented, strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience with logistics, ERP, and warehouse related software.
