Responsibilities of an Artisan Bakery Specialist
Bakery Operations Management I assist in managing bakery operations, ensuring the department is prepared, adequately staffed, compliant with pricing standards, and aligned with policies and procedures. I also oversee inventory management, financial targets, cleanliness, and the safe operation of equipment.
Inventory and Replenishment Procedures I support the processes related to inventory replenishment, including ordering, receiving, invoicing, and managing back stock, as well as handling returns and damages.
Equipment Maintenance I adhere to all necessary equipment maintenance protocols, ensuring cleanliness and proper upkeep.
Food Safety and Production I comply with all food safety regulations and guidelines for food preparation and production, ensuring that all products are properly packaged, labeled, and priced according to company standards.
Cleaning and Sanitation Standards I follow stringent cleaning protocols within the bakery department, utilizing only approved cleaning agents and equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Analytical Problem Solving I approach challenges with a clear and logical mindset, utilizing critical thinking to identify issues and derive effective solutions.

Position Requirements:

- Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
