Activities

You will report to the Technical Service Manager - International Business Development.
You will work for our Marketing and Services branch which is responsible to help our business and retail customers to optimize their transportation experience and operations through our wide range of products and services.

You will support the Metal Rolling business development Americas zone, delivering high technical level of innovation and support to customers and prospects. Expanding the Aluminum and Non-Ferrous market share.
As part of your missions, you are in charge of:
  • Analyse / solve customers' product/ process/TCO2 issues and leverage technical product/process tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical / product application support to Customers, Sales Colleagues and TOTALENERGIES Affiliates
  • Provide technical and application support for targeted applications on Aluminium and Non-Ferrous Rolling mainly and auxiliaries applications at customers
  • Manage trials at customers and prospects sites. Manage and control trial KPI's to realize successful outcomes.
  • Insure new project management, planning, deployment, and logistics needs.
  • Prescribe and report all product development and/or services needs to the Product Engineer
  • Seek and Identify new business / sales opportunities in the Market
  • Evaluate potential TCO2 progress of customers and prospects and accessibility
  • Prioritize and propose targets to be followed and addressed
  • Translate customers/prospects needs and benefits into a sound technical proposals
  • Coordinate development actions with Product Engineer and laboratory, insure product improvements, reactivity for formulation adjustment and provide technical results to customers.
  • Assure the technical trainings of account managers TotalEnergies affiliates and technical staff at customers

Additional Information

This position is remote. The ideal candidate lives in East Coast (North or South) where our customers are mostly based. This position required a lot of travels (80%). Can be day trip travel, or overnights. This role requires the person to be a strong support for our customers, wearing different hats (CSR, Sales, Technical, Support).
