Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Technical Service Manager - International Business Development, you will be part of our Marketing and Services division, dedicated to enhancing our business and retail clients' operational efficiency through our extensive product and service offerings.

Your role will involve supporting the Metal Rolling business development across the Americas, providing high-level technical innovation and assistance to both customers and prospects, with a focus on expanding our market share in Aluminum and Non-Ferrous sectors. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Diagnosing and resolving product, process, and TCO2 challenges for customers, delivering tailored technical solutions.
  • Offering technical and product application support to customers, sales teams, and TotalEnergies affiliates.
  • Providing application support for specific Aluminum and Non-Ferrous Rolling applications, along with auxiliary applications at client sites.
  • Managing trials at customer and prospect locations, ensuring successful outcomes through effective KPI management.
  • Overseeing project management, planning, deployment, and logistical requirements.
  • Communicating product development and service needs to the Product Engineer.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business and sales opportunities within the market.
  • Assessing potential TCO2 advancements for customers and prospects.
  • Prioritizing and recommending targets for follow-up and action.
  • Translating customer needs into comprehensive technical proposals.
  • Coordinating with Product Engineers and laboratories to ensure product enhancements and responsiveness to formulation adjustments, while providing technical feedback to clients.
  • Conducting technical training for account managers and technical staff at customer locations.
