In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Strategically lead and implement NA Measurement Solutions growth-focused goals and objectives aligned with our Measurement Solutions strategic plan.
  • Coordinate budgeting and prioritization to meet or exceed fiscal targets and lead the profitability of the NA business.
  • Advise the NA Sales & Marketing, Customer Care, and the Systems and Services organization while fostering collaboration with HR, Finance, and Operations to deliver business solutions.
  • Collaborate with Americas Sales Management team to design and implement strategic growth initiatives and programs.
  • Champion a culture of safety, leading by example and committing to continuous improvement in safety performance metrics.
  • Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) across North America and model leadership behaviors that create a working environment where employees feel valued.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key customers and channel partners.
  • Serve as the North American representative on various Measurement Solutions boards by actively contributing to strategic discussions and supporting initiatives that drive business innovation and growth.
  • Lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, ensuring it is aligned with business strategies while encouraging cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Engage in travel to support business development, including in-person sales meetings to drive our market presence.
