We are in search of Licensed Estheticians who are interested in a long-term position within a stable and positive workplace. Hand & Stone offers high-quality, results-oriented facial treatments in a nurturing atmosphere. Our service menu has expanded to include cutting-edge skincare techniques such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.

Our Estheticians enjoy the chance to develop personalized treatment plans for their clients, incorporating one or more of these advanced treatment options. Our membership model allows professionals to build lasting relationships with clients.

As an essential part of our team, Estheticians play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your expertise in skincare and product knowledge will be invaluable. We handle appointment bookings and provide all necessary supplies, allowing you to concentrate on client care. Continuous education is a priority, with ongoing training available through our Education on Demand platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to members and guests through high-quality treatments
  • Design and recommend tailored treatment plans based on individual skincare objectives
  • Engage in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
  • Meet sales targets set by spa management
  • Ensure a welcoming experience for members and guests through a friendly demeanor
  • Attract new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships
  • Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in treatment rooms and shared spaces


Qualifications:

  • Proven retail and in-room upgrade success
  • Must possess liability insurance
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all spa services and product lines relevant to Estheticians
