We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join our team at Focused HR Solutions. As an Oracle DBA, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our database systems, including performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement database schema to meet system requirements
- Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure high availability and scalability
- Develop and maintain Shell scripts and packages for performance monitoring and tuning
- Collaborate with application development teams to ensure database integration and compatibility
- Provide expert-level support for database-related issues and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle DBA with expertise in multitenant environments and Oracle 19c
- Expert-level knowledge of data modeling and processing architectures, data dictionaries, and database schema design
- Experience with enterprise-class applications with mission-critical functionality and sensitive data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams
