Position: Admin Executive

Location: Paya Lebar

Salary: Up to $2700

Time: Mon Fri (9am to 6pm), Alternate Sat (9am to 1pm)

Job Responsibilities:

Help the Centre Manager keep accurate records of tenant inquiries and complaints.

Handle feedback calls to the Centre Management Office in a polite and efficient manner.

Support the team with tenant applications, such as coordinating fit-outs and deliveries.

Coordinate with contractors to schedule on-site inspections and address service requests.

Assist with compiling and submitting weekly and monthly reports to clients and the HQ Finance team.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude when handling all calls and feedback.

Organize and maintain a proper filing system for smooth documentation and property management.

Manage office supplies, maintain equipment records, and handle general administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Office.

Minimum qualification: O Level or Diploma in a relevant field.

At least 3 years of experience in the service industry, retail management, or as a secretary.

Experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A team player with experience using the SAP procurement system.
