Cognizant is looking for Coupa Admin professionals with 6 to 8 years of experience. We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Supply Chain procurement (P2P) and Coupa. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive our customers success and positively impact society.

Cognizant’s supply chain delivery practice is part of Cognizant’s Enterprise Platform Services (EPS). We are primarily responsible for implementing, supporting and extending off-the-shelf supply chain products in execution planning and procurement. Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $130,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions for Supply Chain procurement (P2P) processes.
• Oversee the integration of Coupa with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide technical expertise in the development and optimization of procurement workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure that all technology solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technology solutions and processes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software development and system architecture.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of technology solutions to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in technology architecture with a focus on Supply Chain procurement (P2P).
• Demonstrate extensive experience with Coupa and its integration with other systems.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Show proficiency in developing and optimizing procurement workflows.
• Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Display a strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to procurement processes.
• Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Possess strong documentation skills to maintain comprehensive records.
• Show experience in strategic planning and aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
• Exhibit the ability to drive the adoption of best practices in software development and system architecture.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of technology solutions.
• Have domain skill experience in Payer is a plus.
