Job Title: Floor Plan Designer III/Admin

Job Summary:

Cambro Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled Floor Plan Designer III/Admin to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating advanced-level floor plans and designs for our customers, as well as providing exceptional customer support and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced-level floor plans and layouts for customers and sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, vendors, and internal departments on Cambro products.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance design efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date Camshelving Request Log and reports weekly numbers associated with KPIs.
  • Support the internal Customer Service department with questions on the Camshelving product line and provide recommendations on setup, item details, and proposal inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with Cambro product lines and manufacturing processes to provide expert advice and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD or design software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Cambro products and manufacturing processes is a plus.
