Job Title: Voids Contracts Manager

Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Voids Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary team of operatives, supervisors, administrators, and schedulers on properties throughout West London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of operatives, supervisors, administrators, and schedulers on void properties
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of void works, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
  • Develop and implement operational and commercial reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in void management, preferably in a large HA or contractor environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Schedule of Rates and ability to interpret risk assessments and method statements
  • Ability to write and present operational and commercial reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Longevity with previous employers, demonstrating a commitment to career development and stability
