They will also be responsible for coordinating project activities with interior operations, protecting building and building content, and understanding the overall roof assembly being installed.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage crews of field individuals on commercial roofing sites
- Identify and correct safety-related issues, ensuring OSHA safety standards are met
- Work with project supervisors to set daily goals and direct the crew to meet those goals
- Coordinate project activities with interior operations
- Protect building and building content
- Understand the overall roof assembly being installed and oversee the installation of materials
- Communicate with crew members, project supervisors, and business owners
- Maintain project sites in a neat and orderly fashion
- 3 years of commercial roof experience
