Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage crews of field individuals on commercial roofing sites
  • Identify and correct safety-related issues, ensuring OSHA safety standards are met
  • Work with project supervisors to set daily goals and direct the crew to meet those goals
  • Coordinate project activities with interior operations
  • Protect building and building content
  • Understand the overall roof assembly being installed and oversee the installation of materials
  • Communicate with crew members, project supervisors, and business owners
  • Maintain project sites in a neat and orderly fashion
Requirements:
  • 3 years of commercial roof experience
  • Experience in communicating with clients and representing a reputable company
  • Management experience with field individuals
