Main Responsibilities of a Store Manager
  • Oversee the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Manage store resources, including staff, inventory, and finances, to maximize profitability and efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
