We are currently seeking a dynamic Consulting Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the Engineering industry. This role will serve as a vital link between our company and our clients, providing exceptional service and solutions. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to our customer satisfaction and business development goals. You will be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries, navigating complex issues, and working collaboratively with our engineering teams to provide top-notch support. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels.
2. Collaborate with the engineering team to understand technical issues and provide effective solutions to customers.
3. Process purchase orders, manage customer accounts, and maintain up-to-date customer records.
4. Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electronic systems and products.
5. Provide consulting services to customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate engineering solutions.
6. Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively assist customers and improve overall customer satisfaction.
7. Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to enhance customer experiences and outcomes.
8. Participate in customer support training and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related role in the engineering industry.
2. Proven experience with purchase orders and electronic technical support.
3. Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and independently.
7. Knowledge of engineering principles and practices is a plus.
8. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
