Manage operations of various projects (Including 24-hour operation Projects) Needs to handle and take care of multiple projects Activate Standby personnel or stand in for the absence of personnel in the project Rostering for operations/ensuring KPI maintained on all the projects under their care Visit the project sites and ensure deliverables of the project specs (Islandwide) Monthly attendance report and work report preparation and submission with the client for the necessary approval Invoice preparation and submission to the client for the necessary payment processing Join the recruitment manager for the necessary project recruitment and interview arrangements. Collect feedback on the staff performance with the client Coordinate and arrange the needful logistics arrangement for the project. Planning and executing project budgets. Able to do hands-on work during the absence of the deployed project staff Motivating and supervising assigned staff.Qualifications and Skills Required:
Must have more than 08 years of work experience in a managerial/supervisory role. Must have min 05 years of experience in facility management. Must be qualified with a relevant diploma. Must have Workplace safety & health related certification for project safety management Certification in Emergency evacuation/emergency protocol will be an added advantage Able to do hands-on work (Physical work) Able to work on rotational shifts & weekends (Off Day on weekdays) Willing to Drive/Ride company provided vehicles Must have a Class 2b & 3 License driving license Experience in project coordination is an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
