Siding Sales Manger

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Siding Sales and Management professional for our client a leading provider of roofing and siding solutions for residential homeowners. The ideal candidate will report to the Redmond office handling provided leads to estimate and close on siding/framing projects. Youll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from initial call to close.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Redmond office daily
  • Use provided leads to book two sales calls per day for estimating and presenting siding projects
  • Manage sales ranging from $20K to $100K with typical monthly production around $250K
  • Sell estimate and close deals on siding projects (no cold calling)
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction

Compensation and Perks:

  • Commission structure: 7% of gross sales
  • Companyprovided vehicle laptop phone and gas card
  • Expected earnings: $70000 per year
