Fitness Sales Manager

Job Position: Fitness Sales Manager Company Overview:HOTWORX is a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio and is the first fitness studio ever to implement cutting-edge infrared sauna technology into a truly 3-dimensional training method (Heat, Infrared Energy and Exercise). Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from Hot Yoga to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME. Job Details & Responsibilities:We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented General Manager, responsible for introducing this innovative fitness studio concept to Redmond and surrounding areas. The General Manager position will lead the sales staff of 2-4 members and overall membership experience for our clients, as well as:
- Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and delivering an extraordinary customer service experience.
- Performing various tasks, inside and outside the Studio, to promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community, including outreach to prospective members by social media, phone, text, email and engaging through local events.
- Posting actively on social media to keep studio updated, encouraging, and exciting
- Leading and motivating the membership sales team by achieving personal sales goals and providing coaching to the sales staff to meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Curating a culture within the facility that prioritizes helping members feel and look their very best.
- Grow personally and help staff grow.
- Maintaining an immaculate fitness studio with a focus on cleanliness and operational excellence.
- Previous sales experience and preferably management experience
- Strong interest in helping others achieve a healthier lifestyle while leading and growing the Sales Associates.
- Well versed in social media marketing (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- High school Diploma or equivalent (College Degree Preferred).
- Sales Experience: 1-2 years (Preferred).
- Supervising Experience: 1-2 years (Preferred).
- Customer Service: 2+ years (Preferred).

Compensation:
