Compensation: $33.50-$36 /hr

Hours: 8-5 M-F

Contract: 11 weeks


Key Responsibilities:

  • Consults with management and staff to ensure compliance with various leave regulations.
  • Works with HR on integrating return-to-work processes and accommodations.
  • Oversees handling of accommodation requests and related documentation.
  • Acts as the main contact for injured workers, managing support and transitional duties.
  • Helps complete and review leave paperwork, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provides guidance on leave policies and procedures, resolving related issues.
  • Manages leave cases and maintains relevant records.
  • Conducts training on leave policies and related topics.
  • Reports high-risk situations and suggests policy updates.
  • Stays updated on relevant regulations through ongoing education.
  • Handles recordkeeping and reporting related to safety and leave.
  • Provides guidance on leave and compensation matters.
  • Prepares and delivers periodic management reports.
  • Collaborates with safety and claims teams to support safe work practices and timely claims handling.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Experience with Leaves & ADA
  • Excellent communication skills
