Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Duration: 12 Months contract on W2
Job Location: Chicago Illinois 60607 (Hybrid)
Note: US Citizenship or Permanent Resident is required. Job Description: Ensures timely coordination of department members administrative needs: Manages multiple and/or or complex team calendars (Outlook) Coordinates local and international travel meeting arrangements visitor accommodations and processes expense reports for department travelers Organizes meeting rooms including logistics catering and equipment needs Prepare and process forms documents and correspondence; anticipates revises and sends correspondence Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports Assisting with special projects Coordinating processes including invoicing purchase orders mailings and courier/deliveries Maintaining department email distribution lists Preparing agendas and taking actionitems as the need arises. What we expect of you: We are all different yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The administrative professional we seek is a selfstarter with these qualifications. Basic Qualifications: Associates degree and 2 years of administrative experience OR 2 years in a technical school setting with handson experience OR High school diploma / GED and 4 years of administrative experience Preferred Qualifications: 5 years experience in an administrative support role Strong Outlook Excel PowerPoint Skills Knowledge of SAP WebEx MSTeams SharePoint and Concur Experience working in biopharma industry Strategic problem solver who loves to think ahead and anticipate solutions to logistical issues Ability to work in a fastmoving results oriented environment Discretion in dealing with proprietary information Helpful cando attitude with a solutionoriented approach Polite and personable team player Skilled at remaining calm under pressure.
