Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive visual content strategy for enhancing product visibility across e-commerce platforms like Amazon and various online sales channels.
  • Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality product images, compelling product videos, and promotional graphics (including banners, digital ads, and product brochures) that highlight our features and benefits.
  • Brand Consistency: Generate brand-related materials, maintain our brand guidelines, and ensure a cohesive brand image across all social media channels and digital media.
  • Production Oversight: Conceptualize, direct, and oversee photoshoots and video productions for product catalogues, ensuring content aligns with brand standards and campaign goals.
  • Collaboration and Direction: Provide creative direction to internal teams, collaborating closely to design and implement web content, packaging, and labelling that enhance product presentation.
  • Analytics and Trends: Monitor design and digital marketing trends to keep content fresh and engaging. Utilise analytics tools to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Workflow Management: Develop and implement efficient design workflows and processes, manage and prioritise design requests from various departments, and ensure all visual content is consistent and on-brand.
  • Team Development: Mentor junior design team members, participate in brainstorming sessions, and provide feedback to improve and iterate on design concepts.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in creating visual content for digital and print media, including expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing skills in product imaging, video production, and brand material design.
  • Excellent understanding of branding, colour theory, and typography.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Software Proficiency Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a high level of expertise in the following software and tools:


Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro is essential. Experience with After Effects for motion graphics and animation is a plus.


Good to have:

Content Management Systems (CMS): Familiarity with WordPress, for web content management and e-commerce.
