Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daytoday operations of the HR department including recruitment onboarding employee relations performance management and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
  • Serve as a key advisor to management providing guidance on HR best practices employee engagement and organizational development.
  • Oversee talent management initiatives including workforce planning succession planning and employee development programs.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to leadership on employee turnover satisfaction and other key indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws regulations and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and other HR management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • SHRMCP SHRMSCP PHR or SPHR certification.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Background in managing HR functions within a fastpaced or global organization.
  • Demonstrated success in fostering diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
