JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with their goals.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's HPS business within the designated territory or account list. This involves prospecting, lead generation, and converting leads into sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's HPS products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. This knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
  • Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to post-sale support. Address any concerns or issues that may arise and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Other responsibilities as required
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical or electrical background preferred
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of related experience preferred but willing to train
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Basic to advanced understanding of pump mechanics
  • Basic to advanced knowledge of drives and drive repair
  • Proficiency in operating laser alignment tools
  • Familiarity with basic principles of pump hydraulics and the ability to understand pump curves
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite
