Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about data, HubSpot, and optimizing processes. You will engage closely with the sales team, analyzing calls and tracking essential tasks to foster a high-growth and efficient organization. Your candid feedback and insights will be valued as we aim to eliminate unnecessary processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Forecasting & Planning: Create and sustain sales forecasts grounded in historical data and market insights. Provide technical assistance for sales planning, including territory assignments and quota determinations.
  • Sales Data Management & Reporting: Gather, maintain, and scrutinize sales data to uncover trends and anomalies. Prepare and disseminate regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, ensuring data integrity across all sales-related systems.
  • CRM Administration: Oversee the management of the CRM (HubSpot) to guarantee accurate data. Educate the sales team on effective CRM usage and best practices. Implement enhancements to the CRM to meet evolving business needs and serve as the primary contact for sales inquiries regarding operational processes and data issues.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of revenue performance to pinpoint strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to facilitate data-driven decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Review existing sales operations processes to identify improvement opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and boost efficiency, collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical abilities with expertise in data analysis and quantitative reasoning.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase) is highly desirable.
  • Proven capability to collaborate across functions and influence decision-making.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
