Granicus is looking for an Implementation Consultant. This role lives within the customer experience arm of the Granicus' Digital Communications and Engagement Implementation Team.

This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for helping government agencies connect with their communities to achieve their strategic objectives. Your role starts at project kick-off by providing the client with a project plan, oversight of discovery, and requirements gathering. You'll configure their digital communications solution and provide or coordinate appropriate training for their implementation - ensuring customers are both enabled and encouraged to utilize the system to its fullest potential. Expert product knowledge, attention to detail, versatility, and enthusiasm for client success are cornerstones for this role.

What your impact will look like:
  • Project Leadership: Manage multiple, complex, mission-driven projects for public sector clients, overseeing scope, maintaining decks and documentation, and establishing timelines
  • Customer-Centric Guidance: Offer expertise as a trusted advisor, anticipating customer needs based on data and best practices.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate across diverse teams to optimize customer service delivery and ensure quality assurance.
  • Empower Team and Communication: Enable project teams with effective communication plans for timely task completion.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present project progress reports for key stakeholders.
  • Customer Training: Develop and deliver live virtual training to enable customers on product to meet their use cases

  • You are an expertise with Web 2.0, social media and web Interactive capabilities, including digital communication options (email, SMS, RSS, etc.)

  • You have experience working for or with all levels of government, especially the US federal sector.
  • You have experience working with remote teams
  • You have knowledge of PHP, WordPress, JavaScript/J-Query, mobile aps, Web Services, HTML5, APIs and other web technologies a plus
