Commercial and Residential Management Group is looking for a Maintenance Superintendent with amazing team-leading ability, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service to work at the 155-unit apartment community of the Burlington Tower located in Downtown Portland.

You will be responsible for providing and overseeing all structural, mechanical maintenance, janitorial, and grounds care for a CRMG-managed property ensuring a safe, secure, and pleasant environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

As the Maintenance Superintendent, you ensure all building systems adhere to safety regulations and codes. This involves conducting regular inspections, performing preventative maintenance, and addressing any issues promptly.

You will oversee and perform a range of tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and HVAC repairs for the property.


Location:
Burlington Tower (Downtown Portland, Pearl District)

Hourly Rate:
$28-$34/hr.

Schedule:
FT, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs.

Additional Compensation:
A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend, bonus eligibility
