Who we're looking for:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Trade Administration Specialist to support multiple Affinity Group regions. If you enjoy technology, can easily navigate multiple platforms, and are both a great communicator and analyst, this is the job for you. This is a remote position that will report to the Trade Administration Manager.
Candidates must have highly proficient skills with Excel and Advanced Adobe Pro.

Job Duties:

  • Excel (a must): Ability to quickly translate data
  • Accounts Receivable: Ensure fast and accurate processing of customer invoices according to each client's procedures or trade administration program.
  • Account Reconciliation: Research and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Prioritize workload and manage time effectively to meet client deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and sales team on the upkeep, renewal and creation of new contracts/ trade programs.
  • Communicator: Respond to internal and external customer inquiries with professional written and verbal skills in a timely manner.

This role might be for you if you have:

  • Credible experience: 2-4 years of practical Accounts Receivable experience
  • Administrative: Be analytically inclined, with attention to detail, and love working with Excel data
  • Technology:
    • High proficiency in Excel and Advanced Adobe Pro is a must
    • Experience working with trade management software such as Blacksmith and Exceedra
    • Comfortable working with PC cloud-based solutions such as Microsoft O365 products, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, etc.
  • Systems Passion: Experience with online systems and trade administration
  • Discipline: Ability to be self-motivated, to multi-task and achieve time-sensitive deadlines
  • Teamwork: Ability to partner with diverse teams and learn from others, regardless of titles

What to Expect:

  • Remote position
  • Typical work week: Mon thru Fri (8 A.M. to 5 P.M.)
  • No travel, except for on rare occasions for a continuing education
