Position Overview

Who We Are Seeking:

We are looking for a meticulous Trade Operations Coordinator to assist various Affinity Group regions. If you have a passion for technology, can adeptly maneuver through multiple systems, and possess strong communication and analytical skills, this role may be a great fit for you. This position is remote and will report directly to the Trade Operations Manager.

Essential Qualifications:

Candidates must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and Adobe Pro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excel Expertise: Ability to swiftly interpret and manipulate data.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Ensure prompt and precise processing of client invoices in accordance with established procedures or trade administration protocols.
  • Account Reconciliation: Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Time Management: Effectively prioritize tasks to meet client deadlines.
  • Collaborative Work: Partner with clients and sales teams to maintain, renew, and develop new contracts and trade programs.
  • Effective Communication: Address internal and external inquiries with professional written and verbal communication skills in a timely manner.

This Position May Be Ideal for You If You Have:
  • Relevant Experience: 2-4 years of practical experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for working with Excel data.
  • Technological Proficiency:
    • High-level expertise in Excel and Advanced Adobe Pro is essential.
    • Experience with trade management software such as Blacksmith and Exceedra.
    • Comfortable using cloud-based solutions like Microsoft O365 products, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, etc.
  • Systems Enthusiasm: Familiarity with online systems and trade administration.
  • Self-discipline: Ability to be self-driven, multitask, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Capability to work alongside diverse teams and learn from others, regardless of their roles.

What You Can Expect:
  • Remote work environment.
  • Standard work hours: Monday to Friday (8 A.M. to 5 P.M.).
  • Minimal travel, only on rare occasions for professional development.
