Learning and Development:

  • Design and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with the organization's strategy and goals to enhance employee skills, performance, and job satisfaction.
  • Facilitate high impact leadership development programs to prepare high potential employees for future leadership roles within the organization.
  • Oversee the learning management system (LMS) to ensure efficient delivery, tracking, and reporting of all training and development activities.
  • Evaluate and enhance training programs based on feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

Strategic Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to align organizational development strategies with overall business objectives.

Performance Management:

  • Coach and support managers in conducting effective performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Develop tools and resources to enhance employee performance and development.

Organizational Development:

  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify improvement areas and develop interventions to address them.
  • Lead the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate professional development and continuous learning.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

Project Management:

  • Direct organizational development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, within scope, and within budget delivery.
  • Develop project plans and define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Oversee cross functional team collaboration to execute projects, track progress, and resolve issues.
  • Report on project performance and outcomes to stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in organizational development, with a proven track record in learning and development, succession planning, and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational leadership, human resources, business administration, or related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement a learning architecture that supports scalable and effective learning solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and recognition strategies.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a history of successful project delivery.
  • Certification in relevant areas (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PMP, CPLP) is highly desirable.
