Business Development Representative

Olympus Lending is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to continue the growth of our Small Business Funding portfolio. As an Inside Sales Representative in our corporate office, you will have the unique opportunity to build our companies brand and customer loyalty. If you have a bulldog mentality and special skill set in hunting and finding new leads you will grow and succeed in this position. This position will primarily work at our corporate office.
Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative:
Your primary objective is to find new businesses in need of our funding solutions. Either directly, or via wholesalers or distributors purchasing product. You will need to excel in the following activities:
Analyze market reports to determine where to seek out new business Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads Establish contact with new business opportunities via wholesalers, distributors and brokers Create proposals for existing customers to better help them with their business while utilizing company products Collaborate with professionals from other departments to identify product improvements, modifications or changes that could enhance its overall performance and attractiveness Maintain monthly sales metrics Travel to destinations to best facilitate business growth Utilize senior staff for training and guidance Job Skills & QualificationsTwo or more years in sales or business development roles Effectively pitch our program over the phone Efficient time management skills Experience in business-to-business selling Versed in Microsoft Suite programs Company DescriptionOlympus Lending is an innovative company that offers a variety of financing options for small businesses.Company DescriptionOlympus Lending is an innovative company that offers a variety of financing options for small businesses.-
