What You'll be Tasked With

  • Lead and safeguard profit growth with client services by jointly managing locally agreed targets.
  • Foresee and tend to client requirements when making delivery choices.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations, DC, PMO leads, and resource management to ensure optimal resource distribution and oversight for programs and projects.
  • Draft and oversee thorough project plans (timeline, scope, budget, and staff plan) spanning client services, strategy, creative, production, media, measurement, and other expertise areas.
  • Support the project management/workflow system through data entry, reporting, and preliminary analysis (e.g., capacity plans, resourcing, financial projections).
  • Employ critical thinking to address challenges and necessities, offering well-informed, unified recommendations.
  • Promote teamwork with internal and external collaborators to maintain quality and adherence to delivery standards.
  • Guide team members, assign explicit roles and duties, and establish growth and development goals.
  • Rally and steer the integrated team towards advancement and success in alignment with the client's strategic outlook.
  • Sustain high levels of team efficiency and foster the development of best practices.

What You'll Require

  • 6-8 years of experience in leading programs across multiple accounts - agency background essential.
