  • Team Leadership: build and lead a retail team, providing guidance, coaching, training. Create team building initiatives for the team.
  • Team Collaboration: collaborate marketing and merchandising teams to develop effective sales and promotional strategies.
  • Merchandise Inventory: monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability and positive merchandise turnover. Manage relationships with key retail partners, vendors and suppliers.

Position Schedule: Standard full-time schedule with a 5-day work week and responsibility to cover some weekends (at least 2 weekend days per month).
