About the Role:

Seerist is looking for a Global Head of Intelligence to join our Product and Intelligence team in the Americas or UK/EU region. This role is responsible for the management of the event intelligence function within the Seerist intelligence team. Working alongside product and our in-market teams, this role is critical to the creation and management of content within Seerist, and innovation plans of the business, helping shape the future of human augmented, machine-driven intelligence.

Driving innovation in our content and analysis, this role ultimately enables our clients need to solve their business-critical decisions today and into the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading the content and analysis strategy for Seerist. Drive increased relevance, identify market needs, and develop a content strategy to differentiate Seerist from competitors to enable market share growth, focused on increasing profitability, and retention.
  • The leadership of the 24/7 event intelligence team. Ensure delivery of existing content and continue driving innovation around coverage, team management, research techniques, and relevancy of our reporting.
  • Responsible for collaborating with our Partners to ensure content and analysis are timely, impactful, and meets the current and future needs of our collective customers, including the development of new products
  • Support on innovation and evolution of our tools to drive efficiency within the event intelligence team
  • Drive thought leadership and media engagement around our analytic topics.
  • Responsible for providing pre-sales and sales support to acquire and retain customers
  • Work with colleagues in sales and client success to ensure content, data, and analysis are constantly evolving to meet market needs.
  • Working with the product team to help drive innovation around future use cases within Seerist across a range of buyer types and applications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in geopolitical risk analysis and/or risk consulting
  • Experience in managing a team, particularly one operating 24/7 across all 4 continents
  • Proven understanding of analysis development strategy and management of analysis production. Ability to set a vision for future analytical content requirements and manage within a set budget.
  • Strong understanding of the use of platforms like Seerist by intelligence, security, and risk professionals
  • Experience in working closely with senior leaders, acting as a trusted source of advice and analysis.
  • Experience in working effectively in a matrix environment and across service lines, regions and independently.
  • Proven strong commercial acumen and experience both developing and implementing growth opportunities

  • Experience within a b2b or professional services environment
