Position Overview:

The Global Credit, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Onboarding Operations (GCAOO) team at Bank of America is seeking a dedicated QC/QA Manager to strengthen risk management and oversee AML customer due diligence processes across various lines of business. As a member of the QC/QA team, you will play a key role in implementing quality control strategies and driving process enhancements to mitigate compliance risks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of assessors in executing tests to ensure adherence to AML requirements
  • Oversee QC/QA activities, including defect communications and compliance monitoring
  • Maintain a culture of compliance and support risk identification and mitigation
  • Influence business managers to enforce QC/QA program standards
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to address quality concerns in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Audit, Risk, Compliance, or AML environment
  • Strong understanding of risk management and audit methodology principles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
