The Department of Critical Care Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh has recently joined its resources with those at UPMC Hamot. Our vision is to create a world-class regional center of excellence for the care of critically ill patients at UPMC Hamot. Join a multidisciplinary team, including highly trained Advanced Practice Providers to support the service lineIntensivists are expected to coordinate care with sub-specialists and provide supervision for a full staff of highly trained critical care Physician AssistantsFull time position with flexible hour night shifts monthly (2,016 hours annually)6 on 8 off scheduleCoverage to include Trauma, Surgical, Kidney Transplant, Medical, Neuro and Cardiovascular ICU bedsCandidate should have completed fellowship training and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care MedicineA desire to teach medical students, residents, and staffA world-class team of experts ? be a part of it
