Sign-On Bonuses Available:

We are pleased to offer SIGN-ON BONUSES for both full-time and part-time Surgical Technologist roles, with the bonus amount determined by your years of experience in Surgical Technology:

  • 0-1 years of experience: 2-year commitment $10,000; 3-year commitment $12,000
  • 1-2 years of experience: 2-year commitment $12,000; 3-year commitment $17,000
  • 2+ years of experience: 2-year commitment $15,000; 3-year commitment $25,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the surgical team in preparing the operating room, including setting up instruments and equipment.
  • Ensure a sterile environment by preparing sterile supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Support the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments and supplies efficiently.
  • Participate in the care and transfer of patients to the recovery area post-surgery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and contribute to interdisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in the management of surgical specimens.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of current surgical technician experience with advanced knowledge in at least two surgical specialties.
  • Completion of a program accredited by a recognized institution or relevant military training.
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech in Surgery-Certified (TSC) is preferred.
