Intensivist - Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and board-certified or board-eligible intensivist to join our esteemed team in a full-time capacity. This role is focused on providing exceptional care in a critical care environment.
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Engage in a nocturnist role with a structured schedule of night shifts.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Provide comprehensive coverage across various ICU specialties, including trauma, surgical, kidney transplant, medical, neuro, and cardiovascular.
- Participate in the education and mentorship of medical students, residents, and staff.
- Open to H1 visa candidates and new graduates.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $450,000 per contract year, with additional incentives for productivity and quality.
- Generous time off policy including 35 days of PTO and 7 holidays.
- Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus of $10,000 available.
Continuing Medical Education:
- Annual CME allowance of $6,500.
- Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice insurance and health coverage.
