Our referral network spans across 5 locations and includes over 50 Primary Care clinicians and 70,000 covered lives.

The outpatient clinic will be primarily based in Salem, NH, with inpatient consult responsibilities at the nearby community hospitals in Methuen, MA, and Haverhill, MA.
