• Expensify (Employee Expense Reports)

AR: paying invoices quickly, AR processing in the morning from night before, Collections, past dues-emails/calls, setting up new customers, checking credit, collecting checks, deposits, apply to accounts.

AP: Processing payments, receiving invoices (mail/email), printing checks, mailing checks.

Once a week: employee expense reports (Expensify), ACH to employees.
