The Access and Reimbursement Operations Specialist reports to the Associate Director of APS Operations to perform operational support capabilities as well as the management of projects to mature our A&R Field Teams.Major Responsibilities: Coordination and management of Access and Reimbursement demographic information (contact numbers, address, title, etc) to ensure timely completion of onboarding and offboarding activities. Monitor Escalation Tool tickets in the Access & Reimbursement channel Triage and manage Escalation Tool tasks between field teams Build and run routine reports in excel and build PowerPoint presentations.
