A leading fiduciary specialist in Switzerland is seeking a highly skilled Fiduciary Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mandates independently and providing expert advice to clients in a holistic and solution-oriented manner. The team will provide support with technical questions, and the candidate will be responsible for financial and payroll accounting, preparing interim and annual financial statements, and VAT returns. They will also process tax declarations for natural and legal persons, maintain direct contact with auditors, banks, and authorities, and develop existing customer relationships and support the acquisition of new customers.

To be suitable for this role, the candidate will have a professional certificate or expert diploma in trust or finance and accounting, and ideally have professional experience in trust. They will have a special flair for numbers and business contexts, as well as analytical and networked thinking. Fluency in German with a good knowledge of English is required, and the candidate will be team-oriented, flexible, and entrepreneurial. They will enjoy working in a digital work environment, value contact with people, and have good communication skills.
