We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Specialist to join our team at AP Executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating national and international mandates in Swiss and international tax law. This will include advising clients on restructuring, M&A transactions, and tax planning, as well as conducting negotiations with tax authorities and accompanying tax audits and appeals proceedings.

As a Tax Specialist, you will also be responsible for coaching our client's future tax experts and tax clerks in all technical and practical issues. You will work regularly with colleagues from other specialist areas and form interdisciplinary teams.

To be suitable for this role, you will be a qualified tax expert with professional experience in trust management. You will have a very good understanding of financial accounting and be able to analyse annual financial statements from a tax perspective. You will also have experience in processing and monitoring tax declarations for legal and natural persons.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in German with a good knowledge of English. You will be excellent at familiarising yourself with new issues and have a structured, independent, and results-oriented way of working. You will also value contact with people, enjoy maintaining relationships, and have good communication skills.
