Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including consolidation of financial results.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits and tax filings.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
