Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or relevant work experience.
  • 12+ years of professional engineering experience, at least 7 years of full-time IC work, and at least 5 years of hands-on people management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills that involve performance management, mentoring, and career growth.
  • Demonstrable project management experience in breaking down projects and delivering on fixed target dates.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
